Refunds & Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on unopened, unused hair extensions and products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety standards, once hair has been opened, worn, or altered, it cannot be returned.
  • Process: To start a return, contact us at HG@Unlockedhair.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for shipping the product back.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

  • Pricing & Availability: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect misuse.
  • Intellectual Property: Our method and products are patent pending and trademark protected. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our proprietary designs without authorization.
  • Liability: We are not responsible for improper application of our products by untrained individuals. Always follow our professional guidelines.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA.
